4XX page receives organic traffic Description & How to Fix
URLs that return one of the 4xx HTTP codes show up in search results.
This can happen when you deleted or moved pages without setting up redirects while search engines have not yet removed them from their index.
Before search engines re-crawl the URL, they will be showing its indexed version in search results.
How to fix
If the page was deleted, moved, or blocked unintentionally, you should restore it.
If you have deleted or blocked the page intentionally, you can use Fetch as Google tool in Google Search console to ask Google to re-crawl the URL. This will speed up the de-indexing process. Or you can wait for the search engine crawler to re-visit your website and pick up the changes.
